Key 2 Home Options LLC (“K2HO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use key2homeoptions.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the calls, texts and emails that follow from it.

Information You Give Us

When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

Your name
Your phone number and email address
The property address you are asking about, including its city, state and ZIP code
Anything you tell us about your situation in a free-text field, by reply, or on a call

You do not have to give us any of this. If you would rather just talk, call or text (469) 621-9630.

Address suggestions

The address box on our home page uses Google Places to suggest real addresses as you type. What you type into that box is sent to Google to generate those suggestions, and is handled under Google’s privacy policy. We only receive the address you end up submitting.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect:

Your IP address and approximate location
Browser type, device type and operating system
Pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad you arrived from
Interactions such as clicking a phone number or starting a form

How We Use Your Information

To prepare and send you an offer on the property you asked about, including looking up public records and comparable sales for that address
To contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry
To follow up if we do not reach you the first time
To improve this site and our advertising, by understanding which pages and ads lead to real conversations
To meet legal and record-keeping obligations tied to real estate transactions

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling or emailing you, and does not remove your information from our records. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to be texted with anyone.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for two things: essential site function (keeping the site working and remembering your form progress) and measurement and advertising (understanding traffic and showing our ads to people likely to need us).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be turned off without breaking parts of the site.

Third-Party Services We Use

We share information with the vendors that run our website, CRM and advertising. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

GoHighLevel (provided to us through REI Transfer) — hosts our forms and stores our contact records; sends our texts and emails.
Google Analytics — website traffic measurement. Opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
Google Ads and Google Places — advertising measurement and address suggestions.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we use the Meta pixel to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences.

We may also share information with title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors and contractors when it is necessary to evaluate or close a transaction you have asked us to pursue, and where the law requires it.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell your details to other investors or lead buyers. When you contact us, you are contacting us — not a list that gets resold to four other companies.

Data Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information for as long as needed to answer your inquiry, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Rights and Choices

Access — ask what personal information we hold about you
Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong
Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
Opt out of marketing — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us

California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
